Eric Pratum, MBA, MA started at Grizzard as the Associate Director of Digital Strategy &
Analysis and is now the Director of Digital Strategy and the department manager. He has
significant experience in social media analytics, SEO, online advertising (banner, keyword, and
social), web analytics, and integrated campaigns.
Prior to Grizzard, Eric managed a social media analytics department, working with clients like
Microsoft and Razorfish, and ran two e-commerce websites for Hilton before that. In his current
role, he acts as a think tank strategist and department manager, creating and innovating on
integrated planning for our clients while focusing on both direct and brand marketing outcomes.
Eric possesses strong analytical, presentation, and client relationship skills, which have led him
to be a contributor to a majority of new business pitches, capabilities presentations, and
proposals as well as quarterly and annual strategy meetings.
Outside of work, he spends most of his time reading, running, cycling, and scuba diving when
the opportunity arises.
