Anthony Pisapia @NPowerPa

Anthony Pisapia is a Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) and entrepreneur. As NPower
Pennsylvania's and NPower Delaware's Director of Development and Programs, Anthony seeks
support from individuals, foundations, and corporations who are committed to helping nonprofits
overcome their technology challenges. Anthony assembled his first computer at the age of 8.
Innate technology ability and a hunger for entrepreneurial pursuits led Anthony to join NPower
PA when it was a fledgling startup. Today it serves over 425 organizations.
Over the course of time Anthony has worked with hundreds of nonprofit executives, helping
them access the technology they need to be successful in their missions. Last year NPower PA’s
team of technology consultants delivered nearly $4,000,000 worth of subsidized technology
services to the greater Philadelphia region’s nonprofit community and made possible the
donation of over $1.2 million worth of free software. In 2009 Anthony co-founded the workforce
development program ITWorks (ITWorks.org). Over 16 weeks, at-risk young adults (18-24) gain
a computer networking and desktop support certification, receive world-class professional
development training from corporate volunteers, and gain on-the-job experience through an
internship. The program also connects these young adults to NPower's CIO Advisory Board, a
group of 45 Fortune 500 CIO's, stewarded by Anthony, who are committed to NPower's mission.
Through these initiatives ITWorks takes students out of poverty and puts them on a path to
successful careers. In 2009, Anthony raised startup capital for, and helped launch, NPower
Delaware. Prior to NPower, Anthony was Co-Founder and COO at Igneus Lending LLC, a PAlicensed mortgage brokerage. His extensive nonprofit background includes work for the Theatre
Alliance of Greater Philadelphia, as a Director and founder of the Music Department at
Huntington Valley Center for the Arts
